Dreiberge Pils beer tastes delicately bitter and typical of the variety – just like a Pils. No added ingredients. Very classic. Our Pils beer is a bottom-fermented beer. It is a bit more hoppy than other Pils beers.
Our naturally cloudy Dreiberge Weisse beer is a top-fermented full beer, for which barley and wheat malt are used. With a slightly higher carbon dioxide content, it is particularly refreshing. And because wheat beer is drunk from tall slim glasses, carbon dioxide has enough time to rise. A brilliant fresh keeping tactic. As with all unfiltered beers, in addition to the typical cloudiness of yeast wheat beer, the mild yeast aroma is perfectly preserved. Honest brewing art.
